I don't know if the name/owner changed, but there seems to be two names for this place. I feel they at least previously had a weekend lunch buffet that looked good. I don't know if they still do.
I don't get Indian food often, but I generally like it. Although I thought this was pretty good, an Indian friend said it's not, and recommended Mustard in D1.
I don't know exactly what many of the dishes are. For instance, I tried Gobi Manchurian (105K/$4.10) for the first time. It was pretty good; it had a little spice to it.
The Mutton Rogan Josh (159K/$6.25) was good.
Initially, I wasn't going to order anything else, but the guy recommended butter garlic naan (55K/$2.15). I'm glad he did. That was very good; probably some of the best naan I've had.
Lemon soda was 40K/$1.55. No VAT or service fee.

Agra Mahal is awesome! I believe this is the only Indian buffet in HCMC, definitely in D7. We made reservations and it was an amazing 150k VND per adult. The buffet is only on Sundays. FYI the buffet is upstairs, but an elevator is available. Service was outstanding and the owner(s) were extremely friendly. We were the first customers so everything was pristine. Yes, I had two heaping plates as pictured. The buffet items were so good, My wife wanted to try the "tangadi kabab leg"-grilled chicken drumbsticks (Separate menu item not included with buffet) The kabab was delicious and our order looked better than the picture in the menu. The dessert (Pumkin Ka Hawa) and Mango Lassi was also fantastic. Agra Mahal is highly recommended.

Trải nghiệm buffet Sunday thật xứng đáng .
1. Giá : Rất rẻ so với chi phí cho 1 bửa ăn Ấn ở các nhà hàng gọi món cùng phân khúc
2. Thức ăn : nêm nếm rất ngon.
3. Không gian : tuy nhỏ nhưng quán điều tiết tốt với số lượng thực khách . Không có cảm giác chật chội
Là nơi đáng để trải nghiệm ẩm thực

Newly opened, a great go-to Indian spot. Best masala chai tea I’ve ever had in Saigon, just the right balance of sweet and peppery. It tastes like honey so you know they are not just using table sugar.
They have raagi malt too which was a huge hit.
Dosas were incredible. Very buttery but not oily, and their masala spice they grind by hand right before they cook it and it really makes a difference! Flavors are bright and not oily.
Their paneer is fresh and the 65 spice is spot on, with really fresh sliced onions.
I’ll be coming back a lot, one of my favorite places in the city.

Since, I was introduced to the Sunday buffet I have been here 4 times out of the 5 weekends. The buffet consists of a fair set of options although mostly vegetarian but very delicious and value for money. The differtiating factor in it's buffet is dessert which was the delight for me particularly 3 times out of 4 visits I had done. My only suggestion is they need to address space constraints which also slightly impacts air-conditioning when the seating is full during Sunday buffet. My best wishes....

The best authentic south indian restaurant in saigon. I dont think i have eaten indian food so good anywhere in hcmc. They have customized menu and we had Kerala Kizhi Parotta w delicious curry and Meen Pollichathu for lunch. Do call in advance for both the dishes so the kitchen has time to prepare. Customer service top notch, Both Indian guys with beard treat their customers like family and always smiling. Finally a proper South Indian restaurant in Hcmc all these years. It has been our frequent place for weekend lunch and weekday dinners.

5 stars without a doubt! The food here is packed with flavor. We ordered the Chicken Curry Butter and the Garlic Cheese Naan, and both were outstanding. The curry was rich and the naan was the perfect cheesy, garlicky companion. I could not finished all the food and look how they wrap the food to take away, that's so careful, I really like it.
The owners are also some of the nicest people—so welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic and delicious Indian food.

Excellent! Delicious Indian food hidden away. I ordered the Baingan masala. (Spicy. 🌶️🌶️🌶️. Ate there 2 days in a row! It deserves to be in a better location where more people have access to it. The mango lassi was tasty The garlic naan was a tasty large portion and lasted the entire meal. There was never a time where I needed more masala or naan. The portions complemented each other. Absolutely recommend. Great prices.

The exterior makes you wonder if it really is an Indian restaurant, but you will be shocked at how good it is.
The food is authentic South Indian, freshly prepared and delicious.
The team is charming, friendly and great service.
Highly recommend you try.
Had mirchi bajji, battered chillis stuffed with spices, never seen it outside of south Indian in a restaurant... Tangy and yummy.
Sadly no longer serves south Indian food :(

This is an amazing spot in D7! They have a variety of Indian food and it is halal, the taste is amazing. Getting the authentic Indian flavors in all their dishes, I tried a variety of fried rice and noodles. If you stop by you must try one of their Chai, either Ginger Chai or Masala Chai (Tea) absolutely amazing and flavorful. The staff and the owner is very friendly too.

Came to try this restaurant for the first time today as they have a Sunday buffet. Very much enjoyed it and my wife (Vietnamese) liked it more than other Indian food. We had actually visited Agra, India, earlier this year for a wedding and the food today had the same flavors but today was easier for my Mrs to eat. The Sunday buffet is a great deal plus the service and atmosphere were both great!

I just happened to come across this restaurant on Grab!! Such delicious, authentic Indian food. The second time I ordered, the owner ensured he kept my request on catering to my palate. A ‘gem find’. Thank you, Agra Mahal! Really good food (& good packaging as well!). Will surely be having more from you guys!
(Super hungry so couldn’t wait patiently to click a better pic)

Found an Indian restaurant near us serving Sunday lunch buffet for 150k per person, from 11:30 AM to 3 PM. The dining area is clean and has air conditioning.
We were craving for Indian food and this hits the spot. The food was warm, tasty, and bottled water is included. Highly recommend mango lassi (drinks cost extra). Not sure if the menu changes each week, but everything we tried was good.

Agra Mahal serves tasty Indian cuisine with very competitive prices in Saigon. They provide consistently good service and complementary items (such as free mix salad with every order) to make it real “value for money”. Their veg-samosa’s & chicken dum biryani are very close to the authentic taste~which is rare in saigon.

Chanced upon this place at D7, as i was wanting to eat fish briyani. The staff immediately responded and make me a mouth watering plate, had a good lunch with chicken 65 and indian tea.. after a long time, good south indian food here and will definitely come back to try their other dishes. Double triple thumbs up!!! 👍👍

Beautiful Indian food. Just popped in for lunch and devoured a chicken tikka masala with pilau rice and a garlic butter naan, washed down with a couple of ice cold Tiger beers. I will be coming back with my wife.. and regularly. Best curry I’ve had in a long time! Indian food is the best in the world 😁

Quán nhỏ nhưng không quá chật, Trải nghiệm buffet thực đơn tùy theo tuần của nhà hàng. Nêm nếm vừa vị, rất thích hợp để trải nghiệm món Ấn.

This restaurant provides an exemplary dining experience. The food quality is consistently outstanding 🍛, the service is exceptionally attentive ✨, and the overall atmosphere is remarkably pleasant 💯. I highly recommend this establishment for its superior offerings 🌟.

The food is outstanding, cannot be faulted. TV playing an Indian movie wasn't pledent, would have prefered indian music. We were the only couple there admittedly it was early. The greeter needs to be a lot more friendly. I won't go back, but I would get takeaway.
